Examinations<\/strong> \/ Check ups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Initial examination – from $95.00 – $120.00
Six monthly or Twelve monthly examination – $95.00
Limited examination used to assess a specific complaint – from $95.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Radiographs \/ X-Rays<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Intraoral radiograph (bitewing or periapical) – $45.00 each
Panoramic radiograph (OPG) – $140.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scale and Clean and Polish of teeth<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Costs depend on how much stain, plaque or tartar\/calculus present.  As a guide:
Removal of plaque and stain, no tartar\/calculus – $110.00
Removal of tartar\/calculus, plaque and stain – Children under 18 years old from $110, Adults from $170.00
If more than one visit is required, each subsequent visit – from $195.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluoride Rinse at the Dentist<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are strong believers in Fluoride but our view is most people do not benefit from Fluoride treatments at the dentist.  We believe it is an unnecessary expense.
Canberra’s fluoridated water combined with Fluoride toothpastes provide a sufficient source of Fluoride.  If you feel strongly about extra Fluoride treatments, we are happy for people to use products such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
